Comparative study of the Quranic thought of the dominance of religion (Islam) on other religions from the perspective of Allameh Tabatabai, Alousi

In the Holy Qur'an, there are three promises including overcoming the religion on other religions, the inheritance of the believers and the righteous of believers. Do these interpretations have just one related message, that is, the rule of Islam for the world, or any separate message? On this basis; we can provide another question: Is Islam overcoming the same with inheritance of the believers or righteous of true believers? In other words, will the inheritance of the believers and righteous of the true believers on non-Muslims simultaneous with Islam overcoming on other religions? And, if these titles have nothing to do with each other, then what is the meaning of the inheritance of the believers and righteous of true believers and overcoming the religion on other religions? Since the Qur'an is obvious and transparent (Nahl / 89), the Holy Qur'an itself will also clarify it. Based on this, we studied the explanations of the Allameh Tabatabai who is one of the Shia commentators; as well as Alusi who is one of the Sunni commentators by a library method and descriptive-analytic method. The results showed that overcoming of Islam over other religions and the inheritance of the believers and righteous of the true believers are related to each other from the perspective of Tafsir-e-almizan; and these promises are made at the time of the advent of Imam Mahdi (AS). But, form Alusi’s point of view and other Sunni commentators, in spite of credible and authentic narratives allocated to overcoming religion to other religions during the time of Imam Mahdi (AS); Alusi and many of the other commentators believe that the meaning of the inheritance of the believers and righteous of the true believers is related to Paradise. Some of them think that inheritance is related to the caliphate of the first three caliphs after the Prophet (PBUH). As a conclusion, these commentators did not relate the verses to each other and did not provide a clear concept, especially about overcoming religion.
